This website is dedicated to providing the support you need to deal successfully with the legal issues in your life. You are not an idiot. You can accomplish quite a bit in legal matters without having to fork over thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands in legal fees. With a little help, "You can do it". I can give you that help and you control the time I spend with you. These consultations are in 30 minute increments at $65.00 per session. They are private and confidential. Liberate yourself from exorbitant legal fees.
The fee for Legal assistance, help with representing yourself, is reduced and described on my "Represent Yourself" page, repeated here for your convenience:
The first consultation is one hour at a reduced fee of $120.00. In the event you retain my services as your assistant, I will credit each subsequent hour $10.00 for 12 subsequent hours at $110.00 per hour. You will end up with the first hour free and a reduced fee of $110.00 for an additional 12 hours. At the 13th hour and for every additional hour thereafter the fee will be the reduced fee of $120.00 per hour.

If you choose to retain my services, either as a legal consultant or a legal assistant, that acceptance will constitute an attorney-client relationship as governed by the Office of Bar Counsel, Board of Bar Overseers, and/or the Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonweaalth of Massachusetts for as long as the relationship lasts. The confidentiality provisions remain in full force and effect in perpetuity.

I have been a practicing trial attorney for over 30 years.
I have practiced in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts trial courts, Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court. I have also practiced nationwide in Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire,Texas, Louisiana, California, and other states.
I practice criminal law, civil litigation, and matters of general legal significance, including commercial and corporate law, policy and regulation, personal injury, contract law, arbitration and mediation, and I have been retained as trial counsel and to render advice to lawyers and firms who are in need of trial litigator.
